Privacy
FLASHGALE collects a limited set of personal data through the contact form: name, email address, message subject, message content and the consent confirmation tied to the form submission. We collect that information only to review and answer legitimate editorial, factual or privacy-related requests.
Why we process form data
We use contact-form data to route messages to the correct workflow: general editorial contact, factual feedback or privacy handling. We do not ask for more than we need to understand the request and respond appropriately.
Technical data
Like most websites, the site may process limited technical data such as server logs, basic request metadata, browser type and page requests for security, troubleshooting and performance. We do not describe every possible hosting-layer log in exhaustive detail on-page; we limit retained operational data to what is reasonable for site integrity and abuse prevention.
Retention
Contact-form submissions are retained only as long as needed to resolve the request, maintain a correction trail where necessary or meet legitimate legal and operational needs. Privacy-related requests are retained for the period needed to document compliance handling.
Access, correction and deletion
Anyone who has contacted us through the form may request access to the submission they provided, ask for a correction or ask for deletion, subject to legal or operational limits. Requests should identify the original message as clearly as possible so that we can find the record safely.
How to reach us about privacy
Use the Contact page and mark the subject as a privacy request. That route is reviewed with priority and logged separately from general newsroom messages.
